January 29, 2026: FoTTSA was granted party status at the Case Management Conference for the Zoning By-law appeal and several other residents were granted participant status.
December 22, 2025: The Official Plan Amendment was appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
December 9, 2025: Date (January 29, 2026) of Case Management Conference for Zoning By-law appeal was announced.
November 25, 2025: The Official Plan Amendment was approved by Simcoe County
June 6, 2025: The Zoning By-law was appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal which means that the previously enacted Interim Control By-law remains in effect until the appeal process is complete. See news release.
