Roundabout the Associations:
Pine Forest Beach Estates Association – Have had their annual beach cleanup. In mid summer, they had their Annual meeting and Barbecue.
Deanlea Beach Association – Annual beach cleanup has taken place. Held a Fun Day and a Dance, two events with a long tradition at Deanlea.
Bluewater Dunes Ratepayers Association – Had a Picnic on a Saturday in mid August followed by a Dance for the whole community and their guests. They also have a Toronto dinner-dance at Valentines.
Bluewater Georgina Wendake Beaches Association – Had a mid summer Field Day and Corn Roast with lots of activities for the children and a social occasion for the adults.
Wymbolwood Beach Association – Kicked off the summer with a Tailgate Sale at the ball diamond. Later in July the Beach Regatta, followed in August by Sailing Races, Corn Roast and Field Day.
Cawaja Beach Association – held a Badminton Match followed by a Barbecue.
14th Concession Association to celebrate their first anniversary with a Party.
Sand Castle Estates Association – near the end of summer holds their Annual meeting followed by a barbecue for the members.
Kingswood Acres Beach Association – Held a Canada Day Celebration.
Thunder Bay Beach Association – Hosts a members’ Dance, Barbecue and a Lobster Feast among other activities.
Kettle’s Beach Association – Has a Kids’ Day, with lots of games followed by a Pot Luck Supper for the whole Kettle’s Beach community.
