FoTTSA has been granted Party status for the Zoning By-law Amendment appeal at the Ontario Land Tribunal. We await party status for the Official Plan Amendment, which should be granted in March 2026. The next case management conference to coordinate the ZBL and the OPA appeals will be held on March 17, 2026.
