TINY TRAILS/TRANS CANADA TRAILS: Kevin Hagen and Hugh Trendall made a deputation on behalf of the 1,700 members of the Georgian Bay Snowriders Club and 100,000 members of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile clubs. They argued that, if the Snowriders were not allowed to use to trail, local businesses would be adversely affected, signage would be removed, and grooming would not be done, but that if an agreement were signed they would bring $10,000,000 liability insurance and the OPP would patrol the trail.

BERNIE LECLAIR PARK IN PERKINSFIELD: Council approved paying John Raynor the $1,500 replacement cost for his storage shed, one of the original structures of the Perkinsfield Railway Station. It is to be moved to Bernie LeClair Park. Its function there is not clear. The Township Engineer estimates the cost of relocating the building at $5,000, plus the cost of repairs.
